Note from the President:

As you may have heard that our beloved brother Dr. Wa Tra Xiong, our Executive Director went to be with the Lord on October 31, 2023. His Life Celebration will be held at Progressive Baptist Church at 1505 Burns Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55106 on Saturday December 9th to December 11th 2023.

Here are the dates and time

  • December 9th – 2:00pm-11:00pm
  • December 10th – 2:00pm-11:00pm
  • December 11th – 8:00am-Noon
